Cancel, change plan, or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID. CalPic cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you.

Subscriptions & restore

Yearly CalPic Pro: 3-day free trial, then $29.99/year (product calpic_yearly).
Monthly CalPic Pro: $5.99/month (product calpic_monthly).
Restore: paywall → Restore purchases, or Settings → Restore purchases, using the same Apple ID.
Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete account and app data

Apple requires a way to delete account data. CalPic stores most information on your device. Sign in with Apple is optional.

In the app, open Settings → Sign out / reset device data. This deletes local logs, photos in the app, and profile data on that iPhone.
Email support@calpic.app with the subject “Delete my data”. Include the email on your Apple ID if you used Sign in with Apple.
We delete data we control (support mail, server-side records if any) within 30 days.
To stop Apple billing, cancel the subscription in Apple ID settings. Deleting data or the app does not cancel billing.
To disconnect Sign in with Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → CalPic → Stop using Apple ID.

We cannot refund or cancel through this form. That stays with Apple.

support@calpic.app adresine konu “Verilerimi sil” diye yazın. Apple ile Giriş kullandıysanız Apple kimliği e-postasını ekleyin.
Kontrolümüzdeki verileri (destek postası, varsa sunucu kayıtları) 30 gün içinde sileriz.
Apple faturalamasını durdurmak için aboneliği Apple Kimliği ayarlarından iptal edin. Veri veya uygulamayı silmek faturalamayı iptal etmez.
Apple ile Giriş’i kesmek için: iOS Ayarlar → adınız → Apple ile Giriş → CalPic → Apple Kimliğini kullanmayı durdur.

Bu formdan iade veya iptal yapamayız. Bu Apple’da kalır.
